1. Data for 500m3/hr oxygen/nitrogen plant available separately.
2. Skid Mounted Version available.
3. All capacities are at design suction conditions of 15 ° c &
50 % RH and 0.03% co2 and specified tolerance.
4. For filling high-pressure nitrogen upto 99.999% simultaneously with
oxygen production cylinders we can provide an additional nitrogen pump and nitrogen
exchanger.
5. For compressed nitrogen gas at 0.1 Kg /cm2 to 1.1 upto 155 bar or
higher a separate nitrogen compressor can be installed with a nitrogen cylinder
filling manifold.
6. About 3% of nitrogen gas is used for the regeneration of the molecular
sieve battery and nitrogen cascade cooler.
